Our take on this delicious entrée includes black and white pasta that adds a hint of flare to the dish, and a fresh heirloom tomato puree that provides the perfect hint of flavor without being too overwhelming. We also added a sweet pea pesto to this pasta dish that you have to taste in order to believe.
